Bilofort is a herbal preparation containing Ginkgo Biloba 60 mg per tablet. Ginkgo Biloba is traditionally used to support cognitive function and healthy cerebral circulation. Bilofort may help support memory, concentration and normal cognitive performance.

Bilofort is indicated as a supportive herbal preparation for: Memory impairment or reduced memory function, Poor concentration, Support of normal cognitive function, Support of healthy cerebral circulation, Supportive care for age-related cognitive decline.

বিলোফোর্ট সহায়ক ভেষজ প্রস্তুতি হিসেবে নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়: স্মৃতিশক্তি হ্রাস বা স্মৃতির দুর্বলতা, মনোযোগের ঘাটতি, স্বাভাবিক জ্ঞানীয় কার্যক্ষমতা বজায় রাখতে সহায়ক, মস্তিষ্কে সুস্থ রক্তসঞ্চালন বজায় রাখতে সহায়ক, বয়সজনিত জ্ঞানীয় কার্যক্ষমতা হ্রাসে সহায়ক।

  Dosage & Administration মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি

Adults: 1–2 tablets twice daily, or as directed by a registered physician. Take with sufficient water, preferably after meals, or as directed by the physician.

প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য: প্রতিবার ১–২টি ট্যাবলেট, দিনে ২ বার অথবা নিবন্ধিত চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেবন করতে হবে। পর্যাপ্ত পানি সহকারে, সম্ভব হলে খাবারের পর অথবা চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেবন করুন।

  Drug Interaction অন্যান্য ওষুধের সাথে বিক্রিয়া

Ginkgo Biloba may interact with certain medicines, particularly medicines that affect blood clotting. Patients taking regular medicines should consult a registered physician before using Bilofort.

Ginkgo Biloba কিছু ওষুধের সঙ্গে পারস্পরিক প্রতিক্রিয়া করতে পারে, বিশেষ করে যেসব ওষুধ রক্ত জমাট বাঁধার প্রক্রিয়াকে প্রভাবিত করে। নিয়মিত কোনো ওষুধ সেবন করলে Bilofort ব্যবহারের আগে নিবন্ধিত চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নেওয়া উচিত।

  Precaution & Caution সতর্কতা

Keep strictly within the recommended dosage unless otherwise directed by a physician. Patients taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicines should consult a physician before use. Inform your physician if you have a bleeding disorder or are scheduled for surgery. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if any unusual reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children. This product should not be considered a substitute for prescribed medical treatment.

চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ ব্যতীত নির্ধারিত মাত্রার বেশি সেবন করবেন না। রক্ত জমাট বাঁধা প্রতিরোধকারী (anticoagulant) বা antiplatelet ওষুধ সেবন করলে ব্যবহারের আগে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। রক্তক্ষরণজনিত সমস্যা থাকলে অথবা অস্ত্রোপচারের পরিকল্পনা থাকলে চিকিৎসককে জানান। কোনো অস্বাভাবিক প্রতিক্রিয়া দেখা দিলে সেবন বন্ধ করে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন। এটি চিকিৎসকের প্রেসক্রাইব করা চিকিৎসার বিকল্প হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
